We offer specialist legal assistance and advice on criminal law to natural persons and/or legal persons who are victims of crime, by filing complaints and accusations with the competent Public Prosecutors, which we follow up by bringing civil action in the relative criminal trial, and to those accused of committing a crime. Before the hearing, the Firm assesses and controls the criminal risk within the sphere of a company’s business activity. In incidental precautionary procedures, the Firm give assistance to clients subject to confiscation or debarment. The Firm also carries out investigations in defence of its clients, both directly and taking avail of technical collaboration. In court, the Firm assists the client as counsel for defence and provides technical defence in criminal proceedings, also providing its services in the executive phase, both for subjects under arrest and for those on whom alternative measures have been imposed.
